Trying to get Recharged!
One feature I like about technology is the ability to recharge after the battery us down. When you are used rigorously, squeezed out as much as is possible and when it seems that there is no more life, ahhhh here comes the recharge time.
There are people who recharge their devices everyday, some wait until the last percentage and some have different habits of recharging.
Life is like that. Managers should be very careful in recharging the employees working under them. The frequency of recharge may vary from person to person, but it is a dire necessity which should not be avoided.
It is said that for devices, the less frequent you recharge, the more the life of the battery. But, it is the opposite when it comes to recharging employees.
For every work is done, even if it is small or has little importance, a small appreciation would definitely recharge people.
