Forgive me my Lord

With eyes filled with tears and heart with fear

I bow to Thee, in a position so near

Enchanting Your Praise and seeking Thy Forgiveness

Forgive me my Lord, for all my rudeness

Thee alone know when my day is so near

Thee alone I worship and for Thee alone is my prayer

Do not make my sins on the Day to transpire

Forgive me my Lord and protect us from Hell-Fire

You do not burden more than our souls can bear

But we still forget Your Mercy and fall in despair

Glory be to you, Oh Lord of ‘Alameen

Forgive us, Forgive us, and make us keen.
